Try something totally different with Smoked Turkey Breast Savory Stuffing Waffles, a new approach to the classic chicken and waffles. The deconstruction of chicken and waffles transformed into something a little more healthy and very tasty. Rather then using deep-fat fried chicken breasts switching to low fat smoked turkey breast. By using the smoked turkey maintains all the full of flavor with out the extra fats.
Switching the sweet waffle batter with a more savory stuffing waffle batter with hint of sage, onion and celery. This combination of turkey and savory stuffing waffles go oh so well together.
Topping each of the Smoked Turkey Breast and Savory Stuffing Waffles with a dollop of Cranberry Sauce Apples Oranges. Makes a perfect marriage of flavors with a kiss of tastiness.
Ingredients
- 3 each Savory Stuffing Waffles cut into quarters
- 18 ounces Smoked Turkey Breast sliced
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 3/4 cup Cranberry Apple Orange Sauce

Instructions
- Cut prepared Savory Stuffing Waffles into quarters, reheat the waffles on sheet pan in 350°F oven for 5 to 8 minutes. The Stuffing Waffles should be nice and crisp on outside.
- Heat the Smoked Turkey Breast in skillet with chicken stock covered, over low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Serve the Smoked Turkey and Stuffing Waffles on plate. First place 2 warm crisp Stuffing Waffle quarters on plate. Then top each of the waffle quarters with 1 1/2 ounces of hot Smoked Turkey Breast. Finally garnish the top of each Smoked Turkey and Stuffing Waffles with tablespoon of Cranberry Apple Orange Sauce.
- Serve a slice of Fresh Fruit Yogurt Salad along with Smoke Turkey Breast and Stuffing Waffles.
