Ingredients
- 1 package Mac & Cheese Powder package in Mac & Cheese Box
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Mix
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper Caution use less if want mild profile
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
Optional Flavor Profile Ingredients
- 2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp chipotle powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Ghost Pepper Powder for extreme hot mixture

Instructions
- 1) Combine all ingredients in a bowl, using wire whisk mix well until evenly incorporated.
- 2) Use 1 tbsp of Doritos Powder sprinkled on top of 6 cups of popcorn. Toss until evenly coated.
- 3) To make Doritos Dip 2 - 3 tbsp of Doritos Powder, 1 cup sour cream into a bowl. Mix well until combined, then refrigerate over night to develop flavor profile.
- 4) To make a low fat Doritos Dip use 2 to 3 tbsp Doritos Powder to 1 cup of low fat cottage cheese. Put into a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy mixture, about 60 to 90 seconds.
Recipe Notes
If you like milder Doritos use 1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper rather then 2 tsp.
Use 1 tsp Doritos Powder on chicken breast and rub into meat, place in storage bag and refrigerate for 1 hour or longer.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp of Doritos Powder to Cheese Soup to add extra kick and bring smile onto your face.
