Chocolate Banana Oatmeal Cookies that is low in fat and made with healthy ingredient using natural sugar. These cookies are super moist and tender, free from any dairy and eggs. There’s so many possibilities that could be added to these Cookies, leaving almost infinite creativity.
Blend the oatmeal, baking soda, Truvia baking blend, Truvia Brown Sugar Blend, salt, and cocoa powder together in a blender. Processing the dry mixture until it becomes a powder.
Pour the powder Oatmeal mixture into a bowl. Add chocolate chips and mix the chips into the oatmeal flour mixture.
Blend the Bananas in a blender untill they are purée.
Pour the puréed Bananas into oatmeal flour mixture bowl. Stir until just combined to make the cookie dough.
Scoop cookie dough onto greased sheet pan or lined with parchment paper. Space cookies about 1 inch apart. Sprinkle turbinado sugar on top of each cookies then lightly press each down to flatten slightly. Note these cookies do not spread that much.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Then remove cookies from sheet pan onto cooling rack.
When cookies are cool place in storage container. They should keep for 5 days in cool place.
